Burning Man Festival takes place each year in the desert of Black Rock City, Nevada. The festival, a celebration of all things creative, is based upon a set of ten principles; including radical self expression, radical self reliance, radical inclusion, and leave no trace, just to name a few.
Burners call it Home, a yearly retreat from the default world, and a chance to come out of their shell. As a photographer, I strive to capture all the beauty and wondrous display while respecting the privacy of each individual. I attempt to ask each subject for permission before photographing.
