The building, which closed it's doors for business in 2013, was owned and operated by the Amagliani family for more than 50 years as the premier Schwinn dealer in the mid south. A liquidation sale by the new owner, Ted Norman, will take place on May 16th and 17th, 2015, before the building can be converted into a usable commercial property.
